Our Story

Willko offers a directional online experience for our customer  - modern men and women who appreciate design, quality and timeless style. We’ve found beautiful, affordable pieces that are easy to wear, and offer a fresh take on old favourites.

Payment                                                                                               

Payment is via Paypal and all prices are in Australian dollars.

Shipping                                                                                                             

All parcels will be shipped Express Post by Australia Post.
 Orders over $100 are shipped free.

We deliver to all PO Boxes as we use Australia Post.

Delivery time is dependent on your location.


Order process time                                                                                       

All orders are shipped within 24 hours except on weekends and public holidays in which case they will be shipped the next business day.


Charges                                                                                                            

For deliveries in Australia shipping is $10.00 for orders under $100, if over - it's free. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours.

Overseas orders weighing less than 1kg is a flat rate of $35. If your order exceeds 1kg we will contact you with the new shipping price. At this time you will have the option to accept, alter or cancel your order.

Ownership and risk                                                                          

Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address.

Availability of product                                                                                    

All orders are subject to availability. We will do our very best to supply you with your ordered item. Please note, on occasion items may not be available. In this instance, we will be in touch and offer you a replacement or refund for the unavailable item.

Changes to your order

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at info@willandco.net immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Willko accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us of the situation.

Returns and exchanges

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If you do need to return a purchase, it must be in its original condition for a refund or exchange and we promise to make the process as easy as possible. Give us a heads up and email us at info@willandco.net                                                                                                                  

A few things to take note of:                                                                                                                                          

  • Sale items are final sale.
  • Items received back within 15 days of original order date qualify for refund.
  • Items received back within 30 days of original order date qualify for store credit at our discretion.
  • We are unable to accept returns past 30 days of original order date.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@willandco.net within 24 hours.
